TYPES OF MEMBERSHIPS
Who is Eligible to Join?

CREW Sacramento extends membership to all qualified professionals whose major source of income is derived from commercial real estate. CREW also invites those in related fields and anyone interested in promoting the purpose of the organization. There are three types of memberships available:

ACTIVE MEMBER

• Those actively involved in commercial real estate with at least one year of experience and 75% gross business derived from commercial real estate matters.

PROVISIONAL MEMBER

• Those actively involved in commercial real estate with six months of experience.
  

AFFILIATE MEMBER

• Those who work in related fields or who are interested in promoting the purpose of the association.
