Please note: the registration/cancellation deadline is Friday, November 6th at 5:00pm.  If reservations are made without payment and are not canceled on or before that date, you will be billed in full whether or not you attend.  Payment at the door is required, all major credit cards are accepted.  All late registrations will cost an additional $10 per person.  If a credit card payment is declined and invoicing is necessary, there is an additional $10 service fee.
